The following are the terms of J Saunders & Sons Pty Ltd trading as Saunders Print Group (“Company”) and the buyer (“Buyer”) of goods and services through the www.saundersprint.com.au (“The Site”).

Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions on this online contract  (“Contract”) with respect to the  goods, services and information provided by this site. This Contract constitutes the entire and only agreement between the Company and Buyer. Buyer agrees to review this Contract prior to purchasing of a good or service shall be deemed acceptance of this Contract.

The content, organization, gathering, translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the site are protected in copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary.

Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to change any information or content appearing on the Site and to remove any goods and service. The Company may modify this Contract, or price, or Service of all aspects of the site in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove any service at any time. Sale of any goods or services is subject to availability.

CUSTOMER CONTENT

Buyer understands that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not the Company, are entirely responsible for all Content that you use, send, upload, post or transmit via the website.  You agree to not use the Service to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that contains (i) child pornography or anything indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile; (ii) a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the personal property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, or a threat of blackmail; (iii) any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company; or (iv) any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of the Company, or any third party. The Company does not control postings by Customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the Content. Under no circumstances will the Company, be liable to you in any way for any Content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable. No warranty as to fitness of purpose is given.

You acknowledge that the Company, does not pre-screen Content, but that the Company shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company, may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the Company, its users and the public

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without disclosing a reason.

RETURNS / REPRINTS FOR PRINTING ERRORS

If we verify that the Company made an error, we will reprint the order and ship to the original shipping address at our expense, with standard turnaround times applying. No Refunds or Credit will be issued.

Buyer must notify the Company, within 5 business days of order receipt, in writing, to notify of any defects discovered in the ordered product or the claim will be denied. In order to receive replacement Buyer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken. Please email customer service general@saundersprint.com.au  for return authorization instructions including the address where the returned product should be shipped.

PAYMENT


Payment by credit card must be made at time of order unless the client has an established credit account. Your credit card account will be charged at the TIME OF ORDER when your order is placed, not when your order has shipped. THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS ON ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY.

Your credit card statement will list your order as: Saunders Business Cards.

Buyer represents and warrants that the information he supplied is true, correct and complete and charges incurred by the Buyer´s credit card including all applicable taxes.

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and us regarding your relationship to Online and supersedes any prior statements. BY ENTERING TO THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS ONLINE AGREEMENT.
